Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef with a fine dining background to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all production while ensuring the highest quality dishes are prepared and served to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of food production, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Expedite and assist on the line as needed, ensuring smooth service and timely execution of orders.
  • Work closely with the chef and other team members to develop innovative menu items and maintain the restaurant's high standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably within a Michelin-starred establishment.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

With a bustling Happy Hour food and drink menu from 5:30pm to 7:30pm Tuesday through Friday that goes directly into an elevated dinner service with signature cocktails in coveted glassware that can only be experienced in the coveted reserved indoor seating, We keep our staff busy the days they're here. We keep our staff small and tight to ensure everyone is all hands in, and cares as much as the next. We're small and mighty and there's no room to hide for someone who wants to put in half the effort, and we make sure that the compensation, and work life balance shows in exchange for that.
