As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for stations within our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and maintaining our culinary standards. With a focus on dinner service in our 45-seat restaurant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:

Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Prepare and cook dishes assigned to your station, following established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure all food items are cooked to the desired specifications, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Responsible for the accurate portioning, seasoning, and plating of dishes.

- Organize and maintain your station, ensuring that all ingredients, tools, and equipment are readily available.
- Regularly check inventory levels.
- Keep stations clean, sanitized, and adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.
- Communicate any special requests or modifications from guests to the appropriate team members.

- Provide guidance and support to junior cooks or apprentices assigned to your station.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant culinary role.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
