Semma is an exploration of heritage Southern Indian cuisine that has rarely been seen outside of local homes and neighborhoods. Chef Vijay, a native of Tamil Nadu, brings the deeply personal and authentic moments of farm-life on ancestral land unapologetically to the plate with explosive flavors and regional ingredients.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of RESY
• Clearly and politely communicate with guests when delays and/or waits occur
• Greet all guests entering the restaurant and thank all guests leaving the restauran
•  Ensure reservations are prioritized and seated in a timely manner
•  Clearly and politely communicate with guests when delays and/or waits occur
•  Maintain an organized floor by quickly and efficiently seating guests 
•  Maintain professional and warm guest communications 
•  Communicate with service team and management
•  Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service
•  Engage management for any guest issue or complaint
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and front door area
