Job Details
The restaurant contains both indoor and outdoor seating. Candidates are asked to show identification and proof they have received a full sequence of a COVID-19 vaccine unless an exception due to a religious or medical accommodation applies.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Memorize menu cocktail recipes and house specifications for classic cocktail recipes
- Maintain advanced knowledge of wine, beer, and soft drink offerings
- Maintain knowledge of food menu
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks for all restaurant guests and takeout orders
- Anticipate guest’s needs and maintain continual cleanliness of their bar area for their entire experience
- Maintain basic use and understanding of Resy digital reservation system
- Communicate needs and issues to the manager on duty
- Enter orders and process payment on Square POS
- Set up the bar to prepare for the service of all menu beverages for brunch or dinner service
- Break down, clean, and restock bar at the end of service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately operate a cash register and POS system
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced full-capacity environment
- Ability to work well within a team setting
- Ability to work closing shifts and/or long hours, including weekends
- Sufficient grasp of Google Suite
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
