James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Keith McNally and Stephen Starr debuted New York City’s quintessential Parisian-style brasserie, Pastis, in Miami’s bustling colorful Wynwood neighborhood this April. The critically acclaimed restaurant that anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for nearly 15 years became a beloved institution.

The expansive 8,000-square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, welcomes guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.

Leading our Service Team is General Manager, Sandie Togna. Sandie’s hospitality and eye for detail are unparalleled. She has a depth of experience ranging from successful multi-unit hospitality groups to working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, NYC, and Miami with Joel Robuchon.   

We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Sommelier to join our team with flexibility to work lunch services. 

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Desired candidates will have: 

  • Thorough knowledge and appreciation of French Cuisine and Culture
  • Excellent French wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality and wine program management experience is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
  • Wine Certification is preferred

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($7.98) plus tips
