Sfoglina Rosslyn will be featuring the same upscale casual Italian dining (full homemade pasta menu) and full wine and cocktail list, as our current acclaimed Sfoglina Pasta House restaurants located in Washington, D.C.
To prepare for our forthcoming opening, we are now accepting applications for our Sous Chef opportunity. We are seeking an experienced and confident person who understands the standards of world class service and hospitality and would like to be a part of a growing restaurant group while working among some of the city’s best hospitality and culinary professionals. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant culinary experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant/luxury hotel preferred
- Strong line level experience, ability to work all stations effectively
- Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure
- Must demonstrate leadership skills, be a team-player and work well with others
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Previous experience with Italian restaurants a plus
- Full time flexibility and availability to work
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
