Job Details
We are seeking a well-rounded Beverage Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be excited about all styles and nuances of agave-based spirits, wine, staff education, and managing the entirety of an evolving beverage program from cocktails to wine and spirits.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
- Exceptional knowledge of all Agave based spirits is required including Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol and others
- Experience managing a cocktail and spirits program
- At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant operations manager/ beverage manager
- At least 3 years overseeing a wine program (responsibilities should include list development, purchasing, inventory management, staff training, etc.)
- Prior experience using a beverage inventory program preferred and strong computer skills
- Being bi-lingual is preferred but not required
- An eye for detail and precision
