Arnaud’s seeks an experienced, motivated and passionate Dining Room Floor Manager.
Arnaud’s, founded in 1918, is a family-operated traditional Creole Restaurant.
We are seeking a hardworking, positive team player who will supervise all aspects of à la carte dining.
Job responsibilities:
Supervising staff (bar, waitstaff and host teams), reservations and guest accommodations. Ensuring superior customer service is executed by all employees to all guests
During service, maintain consistent presence on the floor at all times, greeting and seating guests, monitoring flow of service and ensuring positive guest experience.
Participating in the training of new hires, including helping develop training methods and materials.
Job requirements
2-3 years of fine dining (or upscale) experience
Strong organization and leadership skills
Able to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
Warm, friendly upbeat personality/attitude
