The Hamilton Hotel is currently looking to hire Cooks to join our team!
You must posses the following skills and expertise:
- 1+ years of direct line cook experience; we prefer those with upscale experience.
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation.
- Must be able to work evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to communicate in English; those with bi-lingual abilities will be preferred.
- Kitchen Maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
- Creative and passionate about food and customer service
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Team player willing to assist other colleagues with ad hoc tasks as needed
