• The Ivory Peaock is opening in NoMad and we are looking for a Lead Line Cook for our late night shift
• Our restuarant and bar is creatively driven and confluent
• We serve dinner and soon late night eats and brunch
• This opportunity is for late night 

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 Years Combined Comparable Experience Working In High Volume/Fine Dining Kitchens
• English fluency and Spanish preferred, but not required
• Possess all New York mandated food safety certifications
• Experience in managing and maintaining all DOH food safety standards, requirements, policies and systems to adhere to them
• Experience in following all NYS labor responsibilities, laws, requirements, regulations and policies

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
• Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion, movement and navigation throughout a bilevel venue
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements, raw foods, and/or cleaning materials.
• Must be able to remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays
