PETTY CASH TAQUERIA is a restaurant by CHEF WALTER MANZKE. It features interpretations on street food classics utilizing the best available local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. The restaurant is currently seeking to hire FOOD RUNNERS AND BUSSERS. The ideal candidate should have at least one year previous experience, possess a great deal of integrity, and an infectious positive attitude at all times.

Employment will be full time night shifts Tuesday-Saturday. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Have working knowledge of the food menu.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Food Handlers certificate required.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) and work in multiple level building.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 10 - 20 pounds.

COMPENSATION: Competitive pay and health insurance for full time employees after 60 days.
