Essential Role

1. Responsible for greeting incoming and departing guests, as well as answering incoming calls, in a cheerful manner.
2. Creates memorable experience to build repeat business.
3. Works as a team with other front of house team to ensure service is unmatched.
4. Manages the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas.
5. Demonstrates problem resolution and escalates communication to management as needed.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.

Required Education and Experience

1. Prior knowledge/use of Open Table preferred.
2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years prior experience in client-facing role.
3. Exceptional multi-tasking and problem resolution.
4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
