Thames Street Oyster House in Fell's Point is searching for a line cook to join our culinary team! We are Baltimore's premier seafood restaurant, offering fine dining food and service in an upscale but comfortable atmosphere. We are a very busy location on the waterfront, and have been recognized nationally as well as awarded multiple local accolades each year. Executive Chef-partner Eric Houseknecht has worked in top restaurants in New England, Sarasota, Florida, and Europe.
For this position, experience in a scratch kitchen and a culinary degree is preferred, but is not entirely required. Ultimately we are searching for someone interested in becoming part of an amazing team of culinary professionals, who would like to work with and LEARN from an outstanding and awarded Executive Chef, and who has a great attitude and work ethic.
