We are a well-established restaurant in the South of A street arts district in Santa Rosa. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food and have a desire to learn. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, hardworking, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to our restaurant's recipes and standards
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitization techniques
- Take ownership of your station, and make sure that your station is properly stocked, organized, and cleaned at all times
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team
- Maintain good personal hygiene
- Be punctual and dependable
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook
- Passion for food
- Familiarity with seasonal produce and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
- Strong communication skills
- Good personal hygiene and positive attitude
- Food handler certification
