Chef Masa Takayama’s flag ship restaurant Masa made history in 2004 when it became the first Japanese restaurant to receive 3 Michelin stars in the United States. He credits these accolades in part from gathering a team that embraces the artistry, passion, and discipline required of his vision.

Masa is seeking experienced hospitality professionals for a Floor Manager position.

*Must have the ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment

*Must have prior experience in a fine dining establishment 

*Must maintain composure under pressure

*Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with chefs and all other employees

*Must have strong Beverage knowledge

*Must have New York City Food Handlers Certification

*Must have a passion for Hospitality and a love of precision
