If you’ve dined at Joseph Leonard, Jeffrey’s Grocery, Fairfax or Jolene, then you’ve met our family. Here at Happy Cooking Hospitality, we're looking to add bartenders and servers to our dynamic and dedicated dining room teams across our restaurants.

Who You Are:

Our dining room teams have heart, and you should too! We also ask that you are dependable, punctual and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment where communication with your teammates, managers and guests is critical to success.  We have high expectations for knowledge, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.  Qualities we look for are a desire to learn about food and drink, a genuine interest in making dining out fun for our guests, and a warm, hospitable disposition.  If you have an innate sense of hospitality, the drive to keep growing, and the desire to create story-worthy experiences for our guests, we want to hear from you.
Ideally, candidates will have weekday & weekend availability and able to commit to 3-4 shifts per week. We have positions available on the floor and behind the pine -- even better if you like doing both!
