Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as General Manager in a high volume restaurant or bar setting
- Ability to learn and abide by corporate systems and SOPs
- Strong passion for leadership and developing others
- Hospitality Management degree is a plus, but not required
- Experience managing labor cost and food cost
- Ability to manage multiple personalities in the front and back of the house
- Experience with scheduling and scheduling software
- Knowledge of and experince with POS systems
- A good understanding of modern technology and trends
- Systems knowledge and experience i.e. ordering, inventory, etc
- Illinois sanitation certification
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate responsibilities
- Attention to detail and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of company
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $100,000.00)
