We are a neighborhood restaurant and wine destination on Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn is seeking a Sous Chef. Our market-driven menu showcases elevated but approachable food with a focus on locality and seasonality. The ideal candidate must be passionate, goal-oriented and value-driven. They will work with the kitchen team to ensure that this elevated approach to food and hospitality is brought to life. 

We are looking for at least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef/Tournant and at least 3 years of experience as a line cook in notable restaurants. Candidates must be comfortable with all aspects of running a kitchen including active cooking during service, expediting, and kitchen management. This role will have room for advancement in the management team, including daily administrative tasks and menu development. The sous chef is expected to work a combination of day and evening shifts to fully engage in daily prep and operations.
