Brush Sushi from Decatur is moving to Buckhead and are on the search for self- motivated, unpretentious, dependable, coachable, professionals who strive to exceed guests' expectations and passionate about all aspects of the restaurant realm, but more importantly passionate about people! Our establishment is led by, Jason Liang, a James Beard nominated chef, that's been the pioneer of the Edomae Omakase experience in Atlanta that began in 2016. We are expanding and looking for genuine, professionals like yourself to grow on this journey with us. We value learning and are inspired by and foster creativity and promoting from within.

Brush will be opening its doors towards the end of June and looking to lock in a solid team beforehand, to begin training the beginning of July.

Requirements:

Knowledge on Japanese cuisine and sake highly preferred but not required.
Omakase service experience a plus, but not required.
Evening and weekend availability.
2 years of restaurant experience.
Team Oriented
Maintains effective communication with guests, teammates and management.
Maintains thorough product knowledge- this encompasses food menu, bar menu, wine, spirits and sakes in order to tailor guests' experience accordingly.
Proper steps of service, table manicuring, points of service, plate and glass handling, consolidation of responsibilities.
Possess sound and professional judgement, organized, intentional and efficient work manner.
Must be able to stand and exert well- paced mobility, for up to 8 hours per shift.
Lift 15 pounds or more on an ongoing basis.
Availability to work, days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
Reliable transportation.

Pay:

$5.00 hourly plus tips!
$800.00-1,200 in tips!
