When our first restaurant opened nearly 20 years ago, our owner was determined to offer the best cheesesteaks outside of Philadelphia. After the success of the first restaurant, and the decision to offer more than just cheesesteaks, we have started expanding and now have several locations in the Mid-Atlantic. In addition to our spacious dining and bar areas, we also offer private party rooms for our guests to enjoy any sort of celebration. Over the years, we’ve continued to expand our menu and now offer a wide array of items to tackle any taste buds. The most vital part of our concept is hospitality; we want to make sure each guest has a great time at one of our restaurants.
Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As our Restaurant Manager, you must share our core values to stand together and share knowledge that will help each other succeed. The person in this position must have extraordinary integrity and lead their team through example to do the right things, for the right reasons, achieve a common goal and maintain the confidence of our guests. We also feel our Restaurant Manager should be empowered and able to deliver a workforce with remarkable customer service and cuisine that delights. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager must be able to carry out these visions while sustaining their administrative and financial obligations to the company in an effective and efficient manner. Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant and will be held accountable for both its successes and failures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a salaried Restaurant Manager in a Full Service concept
- High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
