BKLYN Larder seeks a Front of House Manager / Store Supervisor to ensure a warm and enjoyable work environment for all FOH staff and maintain superior experience for all customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining store quality control, a high level of service and team standards
• Train staff on and maintain all practices and procedures

Candidates must have the following qualities:

• Minimum two years prior restaurant/market/QSR experience
• Ability to delegate and lead
• Ability to hold a high standard
• Strong multi tasking and organizational skills and an impeccable attention to detail
• Desire to elevate service and foster a positive/fun work environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with department heads
• Wear many hats and understand the requirements of working for a small business
