Tony Park, NYC restauranteur and owner of QB Hospitality has recently launched a new restaurant concept to join his current portfolio of highly successful culinary endeavors such as Antoyo, Angelina's Bakery, And Katherine Cocktail Bar. Anto Korean Steakhouse is an ambitious project, located on the Upper East Side, which seeks to elevate the traditional tableside grilling service of korean bbq to include tasting menus and Omakase style counter service.
We're searching for polished professionals willing to invest their time and expertise into developing a refined and lucrative environment, grounded in culture with an abiding respect for what we serve and the ritual nature of fine dining and hospitality.

EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES
- 2+ Previous relevant experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining atmosphere
- Solid understanding of high level steps of service
- Previous experience serving Korean food preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and take action to ensure world class hospiatlity standards are met
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, ability to properly articulate menu selections
- Captains with Experience in Omakase and Chef-Paced Tasting Menu formats highly encouraged to Apply
- Ability to work independently as well as within a Captiain/ Server Assistant team
