Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville restaurant, Ad Hoc, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as an AM Pastry Chef de Partie.
Opened in 2006 and originally intended as a temporary concept, Ad Hoc presents American comfort food of Chef Keller's childhood in a casual dining setting. The restaurant's daily-changing four-course menu is served family-style, capturing the conviviality of home.
Qualified candidates must have 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.The Pastry Chef de Partie oversees assigned areas of production and service. Supporting the properties standards of food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Who we are:
Chef Thomas Keller raises the bar for the American culinary scene.
