Hoosier Mama Pie Company in Evanston is looking for a talented, reliable, pastry sous chef to join our team. This position collaborates with an existing sous chef and the pastry chef to run the day to day operation of the kitchen. The job includes, writing the daily menu, developing new seasonal recipes, costing recipes, scheduling, ordering and production. 
 
Schedule is four ten hour shifts each week. One weekend shift and occasional early morning shifts (5am) are required,
