Zak The Baker, James Beard Nominated and Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient, is an Artisan Bakery & Cafe in Wynwood that is now looking to hire a Chef De Partie for the Savory Kitchen. Qualified candidates should have a culinary degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a high quality kitchen.
Operating Hours: 7am - 5pm, Closed Every Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Control quality on garde manger & hot line stations
- Monitor & execute all kitchen Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist Sous Chef & Chef w/ inventory
- Assist Sous Chef & Chef w/ menu development
- Assist Sous Chef & Chef w/ training
- Complete daily reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience at a similar professional culinary environment.
- Culinary Degree is preferred.
