Job description:
* A host presents a positive first impression of the establishment and high standards. The host greets the guest upon arrival, informs the guest of their wait time, shows the guest to their table, and bids the guest dare well as they leave. A host must be able to carry on a natural conversation with guests without sounding intrusive.
• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact: escort them to the assigned dining area. present menus
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar area.
• Communicate guest notes to the managers.
• Maintaining a strong and friendly presence at the door.
Requirements:
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Must be able to read reservation notes and/or enter names and notes into the reservation system.
• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. (including weekends)
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to stand/walk and stay focused for an extended period.
• Salary of $20/Hrs
