A 65+ year family business with a food truck mentality and menu. Hours from 6am-3pm allow you to have the rest of your evenings free and NO WEEKENDS!

Assitant Kitchen Manager will be responsible for following duties: Opening and Closing duties, light prep, Customer Service, Food/Order assembling, griddle duties (small menu, small griddle), assist Manager in building order lists and receiving weekly deliveries.
