Chef Thomas Keller's Yountville destination, Regiis Ova Caviar & Champagne Lounge, is looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage, and hospitality to join the culinary brigade as a  Chef de Partie. 
 
The newest property from Chef Keller, Regiis Ova Lounge is a celebration of caviar and champagne presented in an elegant space complete with live jazz. The menu of small plates and snacks is centered around caviar from Regiis Ova, a sustainable caviar company founded by Chef Keller in partnership with Shaoching Bishop. 

Qualified individuals should possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of a minimum of 1 year of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
