As an upscale Italian influenced Steakhouse, our cooks have the opportunity to build their knowledge and hone their talents while working with incredible ingredients in our beautiful kitchen. Rolling and filling fresh pastas, grilling Wagyu steaks, plating masterpieces on fine Italian porcelian, implementing our seasonal tasting menu, serving the south Bay Area's best grand brunch buffet; our cooks are constantly striving for perfection and aiming for the highest level of execution. Experience in the kitchen is important, but attitude is everything.
We have positions available AM (generally 8:00am to 3:00pm) and PM (generally 3:00pm to 11:00pm). Must be available to work weekends.
