Essential Functions

- Prepares and cooks all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follows recipes, controls, portions and presentation specifics as directed
- Responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by the manager
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes as directed
- Handle, store and rotate all products properly
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of cooking experience and demonstrated knowledge of food trends, quality, production, sanitation, presentation and food cost control

Full-Time: Must be able to work a varied schedule, including AM, Mid, PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays
