Job Details

Scofflaw Group is looking for Managers for our two bars, Slippery Slope & The Heavy Feather!

Slippery Slope is our high-energy late night bar that features nightly DJs and dancing. Upstairs from Slope is The Heavy Feather - a fern bar with a retro-inspired craft cocktail menu and lounge seating.

Manager Responsibilities:

Lead Bar and Door teams, including onboarding and scheduling.
Enforce Scofflaw Group policies and procedures.
Lead with a high commitment to hospitality and customer service.
Nightly financials and social media posting.
Organizing equipment and property maintenance.

Requirements:

Two years of management experience in a high volume bar or restaurant.
Basset Certification.
Proficient in Google Suite.
Financial literacy to handle day-to-day banking and cash handling for business.
Interest in craft beer and cocktails.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to climb stairs.
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

Scheduling

We are looking for a candidate to join our team to prepare to open more nights (currently we are only open Thursday/Friday/Saturday)
Applicants must be available to work evening bar hours - we are open 8PM to 2AM, (3AM on Saturdays).

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $70,000.00)
