Job Description:

1. Can act as a solo cook and operate the entire line 
2. Cooks: chicken tenders, wings, hot sandwiches.
3. Preps from scratch: sauces, tenders, fries, 
4. Adhere to high standards of cleanliness at all times. 
5. Work in a fast-paced kitchen with focus and a positive attitude under pressure.
6. Collaborate with FOH team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of food to customers.
7. Share when food items need to be restocked for inventory. 
8. Encouraged to produce your own menu items that are in line with the Willies n Waffles brand.
9. Communicate with team members to address challenges and facilitate smooth operations.

1. Proven experience in a back of house role, in a fast-paced restaurant or similar setting.
2. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
6. A strong work ethic and dedication to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
