Ever Restaurant, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant owned by Chef Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser, seeks dedicated Food Runners interested in joining our Front of House team. Food Runner duties include but are not limited to: maintaining a working knowledge of each course and each ingredient on the tasting menu, learning the floorplan and seating positions of the dining room, delivering courses to tables with a high level of precision and detail, handling expensive/luxury china and glassware, communicating effectively and efficiently with the expeditor and food runner team, being constantly aware of each table/guest's progression through the menu and when they have gotten up from/returned to the table, cleaning and detailing, completing side work in a timely fashion.

Hiring for full-time positions only. Please be prepared for a commitment of at least one year. Some fine dining experience preferred, but not necessary. Immediate start. 

Located in the West Loop at 1340 W Fulton St.
Dinner service, Tuesday-Saturday.
