1 Michelin Star and 3 NY Times Stars, Casa Mono is looking for a Junior Sommelier.
The Junior Sommelier's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Sommelier shifts in Casa Mono assisting servers with wine service.
* Work 2-3 Sommelier shifts in our award winning wine bar, Bar Jamon.
* Assist with monthly inventory and cellar organization.
The ideal candidate has server experience, strong work ethic, and self motivated.
Wine knowledge with a strong interest Spanish wine is a must.
This is a tipped position. Hourly compensation is $10.00
