Back to Back is a new restaurant located in the Nob Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, specializing in pizza, natural wine, and music on vinyl. We are looking for motivated candidates to join the team. You will get great mentorship, tips, and perks. We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team and work directly with the owners.
Responsibilites:
- Work directly with owners in tracking, reporting, and boosting sales
- Train and manage service staff
- Manage wine & beverage inventory including ordering
- Function as Maitre'D during service—manage reservations & ensure entire staff is optimizing for table turns
- Ensure guest experience is the best it can be
- Work with chef to ensure POS is up to date with food inventory

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $70,000.00)
