The Assistant General Manager will find ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods and direction in its business operations. Main focus will be to manage day-to-day procedures and to deliver on all of the venue’s goals and expectations.
Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities
- Manage foh inventory, ordering and receiving.
- foh staff scheduling and communications on a weekly basis.
- Ensure all HR regulations and policies are being followed.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain consistent organization and communications.
- Oversee staff, guiding/coaching them with their daily tasks.
- Communicative effectively on issues and any daily happenings to staff.
- Generate consistent results to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
