Webster’s is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic line cook to join our team. Candidates with a minimum of one year working on a high volume line will be prioritized, but we are always willing to train the right person.
Candidates must be:

Job Duties:
- Work under the direction of chef and sous chef
- Learn and execute prepped recipes and dishes on the line
- Complete all required prep, mise en place, station set up and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Actively support a cohesive, collaborative relationship between back and front of house
- Comply with all health department requirements
Other:
- Excellent knife skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must hold a current Food Handlers certificate from an accredited organization or be able to acquire one within a month
- Flexible hours are required (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
