Job Details
Position Summary: The Assistant Manager directs, impliments, and maintains service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective staff and takes the neccessary steps to achieve stated objective in sales, employee retention, cleanliness and sanitation.  The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operation of the restaurant.
Job Responsibility 
  • Foster and maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Resolve guest complains and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Foster and promote cooperative working climate
  • Maximizing productivity and employee morale
  • Maintain a healthy, happy and productive work environment to foster loyalty and dedication
  • Keep General Manager promptly and fully informed of all issues
  • Complete job responsibilities and performace objectives in a timely and effective manner
  • Operate ethically to promote the image of Chez Francis
  • Adhere to company standard and service level to increase sales and minimize cost including food & beverage supply and labor cost
  • Enforce sanitary practices for food handling 
  • Be physically present on the floor during service to ensure service standard
  • Guide, direct, and train server staff.  Observe the flow of guests and provide assistance
  • Enforce disciplinary actions as needed
  • Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business domain
  • Perform other duties and responsibilites as required or requested

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00)
