• Follow recipes and prepare dishes to specification and training.
• Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking, maintain a clean workspace at all times.
• Perform basic kitchen functions such as food prepping, working the line, working collaboratively with the kithen and front of house staff.
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients, stay in communication with Chef about low product.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and listen to team members, as well as work independently and efficiently.
• Dedicated to excellence in product and delivery.
• 2+ Years experience minimum.
