Redcrest Kitchen is a full-service restaurant in Queen Village. We offer ever-evolving small and large plates as well as playful, uncomplicated cocktails and thoughtfully selected wine and beer..
We are seeking candidates for all front-of-house positions with a passion for doing things the right way without pomp or pretense.

Positions currently needed are:
Bartenders
Servers

Must be available for weekend and evening shifts.

-Work well in a team atmosphere
-Be able to take direction well
-Be accountable for performance during service
-Work with integrity and pride at all times
-Remain focused on tasks
-Be able to manage their time
-Be vaccinated against Covid-19
-Have strong verbal and written communication skills
-Basic understanding of beer, wine and spirits
-Professionalism is a must
-Serve Safe and Philadelphia food handler's license is a plus

We approach hospitality as a team. Staff will have assigned sections, but our goal is to offer all guests exceptional service. Because of this approach, we operate a pooled house.
All FOH team members will be compensated with $10/hr base pay, plus an hourly-based share of the pooled tips.
