Pomegranate Hospitality is looking for experienced Servers to join our team of dedicated hospitality professionals for James Beard award-winning Chef Alon Shaya's modern Israeli restaurant, Saba.
Overview: As a Server on our team, you will play a crucial role in providing a high-end dining experience to our valued guests. Your attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette will contribute to our restaurant's success. Above all, the Servers must do all to contribute to a positive work environment as set forth by the culture and values of Pomegranate Hospitality.
What we hope you bring to the team:
- Ability to provide exceptional table service to guests, ensuring a memorable and personalized dining experience
- Menu Knowledge: Offer recommendations on menu selections, taking into account guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, conveying special instructions to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, using proper serving techniques and etiquette
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including polishing silverware, glassware, and utensils
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and maintain a cohesive work environment
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, as well as general restaurant opening and closing duties
- Stay updated on menu changes, daily specials, and wine pairings to provide accurate information to guests
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 35 pounds

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $5
