HOLU ( Asian Prime SteakHouse ) is an elegant upscale fine-dining restaurant, and we’re hiring head bartender/mixologist. A great candidate will be a team player who thrives on trust and support. We are interested in hearing from experienced, passionate, motivated  bartenders/mixologists who would like to take the lead on cocktail development based on our cuisine and culture to join our talented Front Of House Team. In this position, you’re the part of creating a unique & memorable Dining Experience to our guests.  Our culture rewards kindness, open-mindedness, and a family feeling. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide superior customer service to our guests
  • Assist in food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering guest questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages.
  • Represent the bar program in mixing drinks, provide Service at the bar and dinning tables
  • Maintain open communication with all team member and support each other 
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies, especially new COVID guidelines. 
  • Process guest bills efficiently and correctly.




Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

Eventually, all the efforts turned to build up a unique work ( Holu ), which produces “Meat & Drinks Feast”. Holu Concept is accompanied by the highest quality USDA Certified Angus Prime Level “Dry-Aged Beef” & American Wagyu & Japanese A5 Wagyu , which come along with rich variety of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and a suite of Classic Old Fashioned & New Era Creative cocktails.

The prime beef cuts from our in-house dry aging room along with other fine rare wagyu cuts are cooked by guests themselves on Ceramic Charcoal Smokeless High-End Grills on every tabletop. Every morsel of steak would be caramelized perfectly to how foodies like it to be, and it would make every bite hot, fresh, tasty, juicy, and blasting!

Besides Holu’s signature beef cuts on grills and delightful drinks, Japanese Cuisine Entrees and seafoods will be counted as the significant parts of our “Carnival Feast & “Symphony Of Taste”.
