The role:
The Office Administrator will work in our Nomad location and provide administrative support to the General Manager and venue management team. They will handle clerical duties across various departments, as well as organize to help ensure operational success of the venue. Administrative responsibilities include attendance tracking, onboarding new employees, auditing timecard punches and purchase order invoices, preparing operational documents, and operational reporting.
Our perfect candidate has:
- 2+ years’ work experience in a busy hospitality environment
- Work experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Organizational and planning skills
- A sharp eye for detail
- Personal maturity to deal with confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
