La Pecora Bianca is seeking Sommeliers to join our team for the opening of a new upscale wood-fired concept, Lupetto!
La Pecora Bianca is excited to be opening Lupetto, which means “little wolf” in Italian, a new upcoming wood-fired Italian restaurant set in a sophisticated urban setting on the corner of 25th and Broadway. The restaurant is inspired by the tradition of wood fired hearth cooking in Italy, with Chefs Michael Berardino (dell'anima, Rubirosa) and Matt Spivey (Maialino) leading the culinary program. Lupetto will feature Neapolitan style pizza from a wood oven, meat and fish from a wood grill, house-made pastas, and an expansive beverage program featuring the premier wine producers from around the world and a lush craft amari cocktail lounge on the cellar level. The restaurant will have 175 seats set over two floors, and additional outdoor seating later in the summer.
