We are an independent Gastropub & Cocktail Bar in Lincoln Park and pride ourselves on great food, drinks and service. Our vibe is relaxed but refined. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, we are looking for a BOH team member who would like to grow with a company and eventually transition into a managerial role.
- able to set up and work multiple stations at an acceptable level
- able to perform prep tasks assigned by the kitchen manager and Food and Beverage director in a timely fashion
- Sets up station as required for all scheduled services
- Operates, maintains, and properly cleans kitchen equipment
- Maintains and cleans their required tools
- Works efficiently with a constant sense of urgency
- Able to work a flexible schedule as business dictates
- Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties
- Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictates
- Works well in a team dynamic

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
