H+F Burger and Hop's Chicken are hiring friendly and ambitious Counter Servers who share our passion for delicious food and memorable hospitality!  Our Counter Servers earn $7.25 + Tips, averaging $20 - $25 per hour!  

Located in Ponce City Market, H+F Burger believes in being mighty. Mighty good, mighty welcoming and always mighty delicious. Right next door to H+F Burger is Hop’s Chicken, our spot to enjoy delicious fried chicken with all the fixings. Our guests can grab a bucket of chicken and enjoy it with their families at home or at a picnic on the Beltline! We have something for everyone!

We have Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available and our hours of operation lend to scheduling flexibility.  We’re open from 11am to 9pm Mondays to Thursdays, 9am to 10pm Friday and Saturdays, and 9am to 8pm on Sundays.  Shifts average 6 hours.  Our welcoming team environment will have you trained and ready to serve our guests in no time!

Summary of Position

• Serve guests with outstanding hospitality
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of menu items and offer suggestions to guests
• Work with the team to ensure timely completion of orders
• Process payment and ensure all guests leave happy
• Assist to keep work areas clean and well stocked

 
Education/Experience

• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of relevant experience as a Counter Server
• Food safety knowledge
