Leaderbar Drafthouse and Eatery is looking for hard working, energetic and outgoing bartenders/servers and barbacks to join our team. New ownership means a chance to grow your career as we grow. Server duties include:
-Greeting guests in a positive, friendly manner-Guiding guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant-Exhibiting strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings-Working with fellow team members in clearing/resetting tables and and keeping service stations stocked and clean-Performing all opening and closing duties as assigned
-Cross trained bartender/servers are a plus
Barback duties include:
-Assisting bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bar, i.e. filling ice bins, etc
-Restocking the bar
-Putting away deliveries
-Washing and polishing glassware by hand
-Bussing tables
-Light food running
-Taking out trash
-End of night cleaning with the team, including mopping
Skills:
-Ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant staff
-Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs
-Must be able to walk up and down stairs consistently throughout shift
-Must be able to stand and work for 10 hour shifts
