James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Keith McNally and Stephen Starr debuted New York City’s quintessential Parisian-style brasserie, Pastis, in Miami’s bustling colorful Wynwood neighborhood this April. The critically acclaimed restaurant that anchored Manhattan’s Meatpacking District for nearly 15 years became a beloved institution.

The expansive 8,000 square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.

We are currently seeking Bussers with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow. 

Leading our Service Team is General Manager, Sandie Togna. Sandie’s hospitality and eye for detail are unparalleled. She has a depth of experience ranging from successful multi-unit hospitality groups to working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, NYC, and Miami with Joel Robuchon.

The desired candidate will have: 

  • 1+ year experience running as a Busser in a high-volume upscale restaurant 
  • A team player mentality and strong work ethic 
  • Responsible, timely, and works with a sense of urgency  
  • Ability to quickly react and take direction from team members and management  
  • Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
