This job is well suited for someone who is confident, solution focused, enjoys a fast paced atmosphere and can keep their cool under pressure. We are looking for someone ambitious so they may potentially grow into a larger role in the future. RESPONSIBILITIES:
-works with the General Manager to oversee the work of two floor managers, two supervisors and twenty Front of House employees
-resolves all customer facing issue with guests 
-builds strong knowledge third party programs such as Toast, Resy and Caviar
-develops strong ability to use applications such as Wordpress and InDesign
-interviews and hires new Front of House staff members
-creates and updates new hire training materials
-sets clear expectations for staff and floor managers
-develops intuitive systems for service
-implements policies and service standards
-creates an equitable and safe environment for staff and guests
-disclpines fairly when necessary
-create and improves internal policies
-attends food and beverage trainings
-helps organize and execute special events/ dinner
-keeps the space clean and organized
-supports staff on the floor during the shift
