Assistant Manager
As the Assistant Manager at Shiraz kitchen & wine bar, duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Report directly to restaurat owner regarding restaurant operations
Demonstrate efficiency in Clover POS system
Manage opening and closing procedures
Confirm restaurant reservations via phone, email, and Opentable
Manage pre- and post-service staff meetings
Perform training for new staff, manage payroll
Find solutions to any maintenance related issues
Perform weekly cost analysis for Food Cost
Make payments to food and beverage vendors
